I am Dr Kate Beatty, an experienced educational consultant, executive coach and mentor, international education professional development trainer, author and post-doctoral researcher, with more than 35 years of experience in international education.

My work is driven by a passion for 21st-century learning, educational leadership, and the transformative power of coaching, mentoring, and high-quality professional development for teachers and school leaders. I also support international schools through IB, CIS, and NEASC accreditation processes, including candidacy, authorization, and evaluation, helping schools strengthen their vision, mission, and educational practices to create meaningful and thriving
