I am Dr Kate Beatty, experienced international educational consultant, ICF accredited executive coach and mentor, professional development trainer, author and post-doctoral researcher. I bring to my work more than 35 years of experience in international education.
My work is driven by a passion for 21st-century learning, research-informed educational leadership, and the transformative power of coaching, mentoring, and high-quality professional development for teachers and school leaders. I have supported many international schools through IB, CIS, and NEASC accreditation processes, including candidacy, authorization, and evaluation, helping schools strengthen their vision, mission, and educational practices to create meaningful and thriving
learning communities.
